* This is UNICODE version, can work for only Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/Win7/Win2008R2/Win8/Win2012.

A) Setting up NetTransport to handling clicks from Opera:

    1) Opera 6/7:
Copy the plug-ins (3 DLLs) to the \Plugins directory, except on the question about updating the Opera.ini file, I unchecked to not do it.
Have to close and restart Opera, then the File-Preferences menu, MultiMedia config item, click the "Find Plugins" button to find them. (It did Not find them until after I'd restarted Opera.)
I also had to go to the FileTypes config in Opera and add exe as a file type for application/octet-stream and remove exe as a file type for application/x-msdownload and then restart Opera to get EXE files to be caught (ZIP and others worked). [Some new versions of Opera don't let you remove that x-msdownload type, but seemed to work OK anyway for some test downloads.]

    2) Firefox 3.5+, Chrome, Safari:
Just copy the plug-ins and restart the browser. Didn't take any extra setup in these browsers.

B) Stopping NetTransport from handling clicks:

    1) For just one 'type' of file:
In Opera, pick the menu "File->Preferences", then "File Types" (or "Preferences->Associate..." in Opera 3.x).
You must pick the MIME Type at the top, then change form "Show with Plugin" to "Save to Disk" or "Ask User".
NOTE: this does require you know which MIME Type the server says the file is. And there are often multiple choices, .ZIP files could be "application/zip", "application/x-zip", "application/zip-compressed", etc.

    2) To stop NetTransport from handling clicks completely:
Go to the \Plugins directory on your computer for the browser, such as: C:\Program Files\Opera7\Plugins.
Delete all the files named: NPNX*.dll.
